The Villorba Commercial Park is developed on a plot of approximately 95,000 sqm.

This architectural-urban intervention arose from the need to combine the client’s requirements with the unique characteristics of the existing context. The concept involves dividing the different activities into distinct zones, creating vehicular and pedestrian pathways that connect the building volumes. Particular attention was given to shared formal and aesthetic features to create a cohesive and continuous environment, despite the fragmented urban composition of the area.
